Each of our 8 double / twin bedrooms have been individually decorated to reflect the diversity of our unique region. They all enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and majestic mountains. All rooms benefit from an en-suite shower room, WC and hairdryer.

Maury

Our Maury bedroom evoques the colours of the local vineyards and the "terres Catalan", it is named after the picturesque village of Maury.
Maury, located in the nearby Fenouillède valley, is renowned for its vineyards and production excellent wines, in particular "vin doux naturel"

Thuir

This room is named after the vibrant near-by town of Thuir - capital of the Aspres.  Thuir is renowned for its production of the famous aperitif know as Byrrh - a visit to their Cave is highly recomended.

Sainte Colombe

Named after the charming village of Sainte Colombe de la Commanderie, located near Thuir on the Roussillon plains.  The village is rich in history and is a "must visit" for those interested in Middle Ages and the Order of the Knights Templiers.

Collioure

Our Chambre Collioure is named after the stunning Mediteranean fishing town of Collioure - the jewel in the Côte Vermeille.  In the early 20th century Collioure became a center of artistic activity, with several Fauve artists making it their meeting place. André Derain, Georges Braque, Othon Friesz, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, James Dickson Innes and Tsuguharu Fujita have all been inspired by Collioure's royal castle, medieval streets, its lighthouse converted into the church of Notre-Dame-des-Anges and its typical Mediterranean bay.

Torreilles

Named after the mediterranean coastal town of Torreilles, famed for its 4km stretch of pristine white sandy beaches.

Saillagouse

Our Chambre Saillagouse is named after the charming mountain village of Saillagouse.  Located near the ski-resorts in the Cernagne, the village is renowed for its Catalan Charcuteries, cured hams, patés, sausages, chorizos ... A visit to the famed Bonzom Charcuterie is a must.

Les Angles 

This room is named after the famous ski resort based in the nearby Capcir. The "village station" with its stunning Lac Bouillouses and Lac Matemalle offers year round activities and is a must for nature lovers.

Font Romeu

Our Chambre Font Romeu is named after the celebrated ski station of Font Romeu.  The town is famous for its sun, fresh air and year round sporting activities.  Many of the worlds top athletes come to train here.
